This document sets out the Shipping Policy that shall apply to you (“You” or “Your” or “User”), as the user of the website tnhfitness.com, which is owned and operated by The Nutrition Hut (“Proprietary Firm”), registered address at Pocket B&E DDA LSC, Shop No – 29 to 31, Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110095. This Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, is to be read along with the Terms of Use as available on the Website.

Delivery

We deliver items through various means like Indian Postal services, DELHIVERY, Porter services or other verified means. DELHIVEY shipments keep the user updated through WhatsApp. Porter services are done in Delhi and NCR only and generally are done within the same day. For every delivery, confirmation is sent through emails/sms/WhatsApp and accordingly shipment tracking numbers are shared with user. User must maintain the current contact details and delivery address on their account with tnhfitness.com. It takes 3-10 business days to deliver items to customer outside Delhi & NCR. We do not deliver items outside India.

There is no extra charge for prepaid orders for above ₹499/-. For under ₹499/- order we might another ₹100, depending upon the location. On cash on delivery we might charge extra. This extra charge is based upon the location and we charge to avoid losses on cancelations. Charges may also occur on prepaid cancellations as well. (Please check return and refund policy)
