This document sets out the Return Policy that shall apply to you (“You” or “Your” or “User”), as the user of the website tnhfitness.com, which is owned and operated by The Nutrition Hut (“Proprietary Firm”), registered address at Pocket B&E DDA LSC, Shop No – 29 to 31, Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110095. This policy, as amended from time to time, is to be read along with the terms of Use as available on the Website.
We accept only faulty deliveries. Faults can be in the form of expiry date, authentication failed on official website of the items, damaged parcel received by user. Do not accept damaged parcel. Complaint must be raised within 2 calendar days of receiving items. In all cases make videos of unboxing or why the parcel was not accepted (because it was damaged) and share with us on complaint@tnhfitness.com if the item is found to be faulty. We will see the video and will arrange returns of the item through our official delivery partners at free of cost. Upon receiving it, product may go through quality test in order to avoid malfunction practices of claiming refund illegally. To get the item back it might take 3-10 business days and in addition another 7 days to test the item.
For example if the user has complained on 01/01/2024 through email. We will watch the video in 3 business days maximum. If video shows the proper unboxing and fault in the item (expired, authentication failed etc) we will arrange return of the item. We may receive it in 3-10 business days (depending upon the location). Quality test may take another business 7 days.
